Location: Van Nuys Main Office

Looking for excellent sales reps who possess the following below:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Outgoing phone calls and emails to new and existing clients
Answering phones and receiving incoming sales and service emails and calls
Customer service and product inquiries
Processing orders, returns, and catalog requests
Experienced in participating in trade-shows
Building and maintaining a customer database
Assisting owners and managers in various operational and administrative tasks

Skills and attributes required:

Excellent sales skills- must be convincing, personable, and able to sell!
Must be analytical and have strategic problem-solving/follow-up skills
Must be organized
Highly efficient and productive
MUST have excellent written and oral communication skills
Resourceful
Good computer skills and likes working on computers – experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other such programs
Quick learner
Professional and clear phone voice and enjoys talking to people
Helpful and positive, even in the face of adversity
Must be willing to do tasks at all levels
Must be comfortable sharing an office
Works well as a team player and is also responsible enough to handle projects on your own
